MEET YOUR THERAPIST

Former competitive gymnast. Multi-sport athlete — baseball, wrestling, lacrosse. Then a certified nurse assistant who got frustrated watching patients get 10-minute slots when they needed an hour of genuine, personalized care.

"I opened LiveWell because I wanted to actually change the direction of someone's life — not just manage their symptoms and send them home."

Jack brings a rare combination of clinical experience, athletic background, and coaching expertise to every session. He doesn't just treat what hurts — he finds out why it's hurting, then builds a plan to make sure it doesn't come back.

FAQ

QUESTIONS WE HEAR ALL THE TIME

Still unsure? Book a free discovery call and ask Jack directly.

  • Most sessions are eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement, and Jack can provide a receipt for you to submit. We are not in-network with insurance, but many clients use their FSA or HSA cards directly at checkout.

  • Traditional massage focuses on relaxation. PT is often protocol-driven and limited by insurance constraints. LiveWell sits in the gap — results-driven manual therapy with a performance coach's assessment lens. Every session starts with a movement screen, not just "where does it hurt."

  • Absolutely not. Preventative care and performance maintenance are just as important — often more so — than reactive treatment. We love working with athletes who want to stay ahead of injuries, not just treat them after the fact.

  • Your first session includes a short intake review, a full movement assessment, and then we get to work. You'll leave with a gametime plan of what the next step will be. Plan for 60–70 minutes for your first visit.

  • Memberships give you priority scheduling, discounted sessions, rollover credits, guest passes, and access to homework programming. More importantly, consistent care produces dramatically better long-term results than sporadic sessions.

  • Yes — online 1:1 sessions run via video call and are available anywhere. You'll get fully personalized programming, real-time coaching feedback, and weekly updates. Clients have trained from home, hotels, and work gyms across the country.
